Shapes the Club’s future by creating long‑term improvement plans, setting priorities, and advising the Board on capital projects.

Manages kitchen operations, from menu planning to volunteer scheduling, and coordinates health inspections to keep meals safe and delicious.

Publishes the Club’s monthly newsletter with news, event recaps, and upcoming activities. Welcomes member submissions by the 25th to keep our community informed and connected.

Organizes quarterly celebrations to honor members’ birthdays and anniversaries, bringing the Club together to share in life’s milestones.

Provides spiritual guidance, leads invocations, and conducts memorial and funeral services for members.

Maintains the clubhouse, supervises custodial staff, and recommends improvements to keep our facilities safe, functional, and inviting.

Rehearses year‑round, performing concerts and adding musical flair to Club events and celebrations.

Gather weekly for crafts, friendship, and fellowship, creating handmade items and hosting events that bring members together.

Seasonal celebrations with German beer, food, and music in our Biergarten and Bavarian Garden, plus other festivals year‑round.

A costumed fest band playing German festival tunes, big band classics, and popular favorites — open to musicians both inside and outside the Club.

Hosts events and activities that celebrate and preserve the German language, traditions, and customs.

Plans and implements the annual Ms. Oktoberfest pageant under the guidance of the Oktoberfest chair.

Supports the Club's office administratively. Office hours are Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Plans and oversees all Oktoberfest activities, coordinating vendors, exhibitors, and event chairs to deliver a seamless celebration.

Books bands, dance groups, and performers — including acts from Germany — and publishes the full Oktoberfest schedule in advance.

Parliamentarian

Advises on parliamentary procedure, rules on nominations, and chairs the Bylaws Committee.

Rentals

Manages event rental inquiries and coordinates use of Club facilities.

Stefan Harzman

Carries on a German tradition with precision air rifle competitions, including the annual Queen & King Shootout and a trophy match against the Lantana Schützenverein.

Collects non‑member fees and logs guest and sponsor names for accurate records.

John Nastepniak

Keeps events safe and orderly, protects Club property, and welcomes new volunteers for Biergarten Fests.

Shares news of member illness or passing and updates Beautification for memorial plaque list to honor those we’ve lost.

Sportverein

German Sports

Promotes Bundesliga, Mannschaft, and other German sports; home to two major soccer fan clubs.

Skat

Thursday night card play at the Edelweiss Bar — competitive, social, and open to new players.
