The entertainment chair shall plan, direct, coordinate, and implement various social functions such as dances including Friday evenings, Karneval/Fasching costume balls and other entertainment as the Board may authorize; schedule band engagements in advance with written contracts, and establish ticket prices-all subject to Board approval.
